Work

I've been working on new SAP implementations for the past few months... It's going well and I hope to continue my training soon. A combination of classroom and 'real world' experience always forces me to learn fast.

Telecommuting has been awesome the past 6 months (I can't believe its already been that long). I'm able to stay in touch with everyone from the office via email, IM, and phone - although the conversations are concise. Concise is good and bad I guess - cuts out the bs, but also the extra knowledge that comes from exploration at the same time. Working from home really takes focus to learn in alternative ways and complete tasks without someone physically over your sholder. Overall - it rocks.

As always - I'm working to pass out my knowledge on these blogs and other social networking outlets. Java is my main focus right now - because there is still so much to learn.

Summer Time

This weekend I plan on attending Shakori Hills Music Festival in North Carolina. The rest of the summer includes live music and as much Ultimate Frisbee as possible.

Greensboro, NC has been an interesting place to live the past 4 months. This is central NC and traveling around the state has been a blast. I look forward the the warmer months - which will draw me towards the coast.
